TERMS & CONDITIONS OF  PURCHASE

You are purchasing access for one (1) person to PitchCraft Director Treatment Masterclass (referred to below as the “PitchCraft Director Treatment Masterclass Product,” the “PitchCraft Director Treatment Masterclass Program,” “PitchCraft Director Treatment Masterclass,” or the “Program”) from Paul Regan Limited (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”). You must be at least 13 years of age or older to purchase access to PitchCraft Director Treatment Masterclass Product. Children under the age of majority should review this Agreement with their parent or legal guardian.

PitchCraft Director Treatment Masterclass Product includes live course access, course content and materials, other information and materials furnished by the Company (collectively, “Content”) and access to a website for members of the Program (the “Site”). By purchasing access to PitchCraft Director Treatment Masterclass Product, you and the Company hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, this “Agreement”) following legal terms and conditions that govern your use of PitchCraft Director Treatment Masterclass Product and that form a legal agreement between you and the Company. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, these Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall control.

THE SECTIONS BELOW TITLED “BINDING ARBITRATION” AND “CLASS ACTION WAIVER” CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE READ THEM.

Payment Policy 

You are responsible to pay for PitchCraft Director Treatment Masterclass Product in full (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit card or other payment method. Your card will be charged $997 USD when you register.

Refund Policy

PitchCraft Director Treatment Masterclass comes with a 14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. My hope is that your business and life are forever transformed with the writing skills you develop through the Program. We also expect you to give the Program your very best effort. That’s why in order to be eligible for my 14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, you must submit proof that you did the course work and demonstrate that in three director treatment samples using the tips, principles and techniques demonstrated in the program. 

You can participate in the Program for up to 14 days. If you do the full course work, don’t feel we’ve delivered on our promise, and email your work to  [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase, I will promptly refund the money you’ve paid me under this Agreement less any external fees subject to the following conditions:

  • Deadline to Apply for Refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must be a PitchCraft member who purchased PitchCraft Director Treatment Masterclass Product in the current calendar year (2021) and you must submit your request by 11:59pm Sydney AEST on the 14th day after your purchase.  The deadline exists because if you sign up for PitchCraft Director Treatment Masterclass, I want you to get started. If you don’t plan on starting right away but want to sign up this year, I’d love to have you, but definitely make sure this is the right investment for you, as the refund does have a firm deadline.
  • Completed Course Work. I”ll ask for your completed course work (to make sure you gave it a go) and ask what didn’t work for you (so I can learn and improve). You must email your course work to [email protected] before the deadline.
  • Company Discretion. After you submit your materials, all refunds are within the Company’s sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the refund request.
  • Please do not enroll in PitchCraft Director Treatment Masterclass if you just want to “check it out.” We put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into this Program, and we expect you to do the same. PitchCraft Director Treatment Masterclass is for serious students only.

Gifted memberships are not eligible for a refund.

For PitchCraft alumni members who purchased PitchCraft Director Treatment Masterclass Product in any prior calendar year (2019 or earlier), the refund deadline according to your terms of purchase has passed and you are no longer eligible for a refund.
